   Melt-point type thermal protector (Fuse) introduction:

  Fuse is a non-resetting sensitive device for thermal protector, which is used to prevent domestic electric appliances and industrial equipments from overheating. When the temperature nearby rises to an irregular extent, the fuse learns outside temperature and cuts the circuit. The sealed structure makes sure that the molten system is stable and believable, and frees from the influence of the atrocious circumstances such as humidity and etc.

   Working principle

  The two down-lead of the fuse is connected by a segment of easily-melt metal thread, which is covered by the special colophony. The electric current flows from one down-lead to the other. Under the assist of the special colophony and the effect of tensile force of the melt metal surface, the molten substance shrinks to two little beads each on the down-lead, when the temperature nearby arises to its action extent. Thus the circuit is cut forever.

    The molten substance (fuse) introduction


 The molten substance of Brand Huasheng is a non-resetting protective device, which is used to preventing various electric and heating appliance, dynamoelectric tools and industrial equipments from overheating. When the working temperature exceeds the rated value, the molten substance could cut the circuit rapidly and avoid the damage caused by overheating.
 

    Working principle:

  The effective touch-off device of the molten substance is a non-electric heat sensor, which has a unique structure. In the normal operating temperature, the down-lead is touching the shell in the help of the solid heat sensor withstanding the spring, thus the circuit is connected (see graph 1). When a particular temperature is reached, the little heat sensor is melted and the looses spring push the touching piece off the down-lead, thus the circuit is disconnected (see graph 2). Once the molten substance cuts a circuit, the circuit will keep disconnected until the new one take the place. In the process of replacing the molten substance, the wrong circuit should be corrected, thus the circuit could startup again.
